Multimedia installation, two synchronous video projections on plaster faces, five drawings, 2014

Two figures sit wrapped in blankets on a hotel room bed. The filmed face of one and the same person was projected onto two plaster casts, creating two identical humanoid robots that talk to each other. The figure on the right informs the figure on the left about what has just been happening: A third person has a cavity scraped in his head and has put a spider inside. As he is dismayed, the figure on the right consoles him: All that was needed was to use a special method that would enable the right character to adjust his consciousness to the “consciousness” of the spider and thus achieve a simpler but more optimised way of being ...

The five drawings on the wall illustrate the thought framework and the method through which the left character is subjected to the right in a guided meditation.
