“I move something that is too bulky through drawing. By doing so, air can get to remote areas. You can tell that something is less difficult than expected or at least a little strange. For me it makes sense to turn things inside out in pictures. I exchange casing and lining, create openings or cross form and content so that both can explain the other and each other." 

 

Korbinian Jaud (* 1983) completed his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich with a state examination and diploma, both of which with distinction. In his conceptual pictures he works with the medium of digital and analogue drawing. He lives and works in Munich as an artist and teacher for design and media.
